NBA: Al Harrington set to sign with the Denver Nuggets

Foward Al Harrington is set to sign with the Denver Nuggets (5 years, 34M). Harrington turned down the Dallas Mavericks most likely because playing behind Dirk Nowitzki he would have to accept less play time. The Denver Nuggets now will have Kenyon Martin and Al Harrington battle for the starting power forward spot. With the New York Knicks last year Al Harrington averaged 17.7 points and 5.6 rebounds. This signing now means that the Nuggets won’t match Linas Kleiza offer sheet, thus making him a Toronto Raptors.
