UFC 117 Results: Anderson Silva survives Sonnen Onslaught

Quick Write Up: Chael Sonnen surprised me by destroying Silva for 4 rounds and almost a 5th before being tapped by Silva. Silva showed some heart by taking a beating yet coming out with the Win. Fitch wrestled his way to a dominating win. Guida came up with a good win over Rafael Dos Anjos. Hughes continues to add on to his impressive career with a nice submission victory. Junior Dos Santos destroyed Roy Nelson, although Nelson proved his chin is solid.

UFC 117 Prediction Results: Coming into UFC 117 with 29-24 prediction results, I needed a strong outing. I came out swinging this UFC 117 with an impressive 10-1 record. My only loss was Hallman beating Saunders in the opening prelims bout. This shoots me up to 39-25. Still not what I’d like to see but a big improvement.
