MLB: Carlos Delgado possibly coming back, Signings, Trades, and Rumors

Several teams are eyeing former Mets slugger Carlos Delgado who has been recovering from arthroscopic hip surgery this year. The teams that are interested are the White Sox, Angels, Red Sox, and Rockies. The White Sox who heavily pursued Adam Dunn, and Prince Fielder are pushing to get Delgado. The Angels who has been playing without there regular first baseman in Morales who is out for the year, is looking to add the first baseman. The Red Sox probably will push heavily as well since Kevin Youkilis might be out for the season with a thumb injury. The Rockies are looking over options here and could pursue Delgado heavily if Todd Helton doesn’t show improvement in his health. Carlos Delgado has 473 home runs and is looking to revive his career this year and hopefully find a team next to get to the 500 home run milestone.
