MLB: Braves acquire Ankiel, and Farnsworth from Royals

In a move to power up the offense and solidify the bullpen the Braves added OF Rick Ankiel, and P Kyle Farnsworth. The Atlanta Braves acquired OF Rick Ankiel, P Kyle Farnsworth, and cash from the Kansas City Royals for P Jesse Chavez, OF Gregor Blanco, and P Tim Collins. Rick Ankiel will most likely be the starting center fielder for the Braves and Kyle Farnsworth will be added to an already tough bullpen. As for the Royals P Jesse Chavez will be added to the bullpen and Gregor Blanco will play everyday in the outfield for the Royals.
