MLB: Roy Oswalt traded to the Phillies pending his approval

The Philadelphia Phillies and the Houston Astros have come to an agreement on a deal that would send Oswalt to the Phillies. This of course is pending on Oswalt’s approval since he has a no trade clause. The Houston Astros will most likely be getting highly coveted pitcher J.A. Happ and other prospects. More details will come about the deal tomorrow pending on his decision.
